The starch content in the wastewater from a potato chip processing plant is high, the water quality fluctuates greatly, and the pretreatment is often blocked. Add a pre-treatment section of “rotating screen+air flotation+anaerobic granular sludge bed” and equip it with a water quality homogenization tank, with a suspended solids removal rate of 95%. The biogas is recovered for boiler combustion, and the water is reused for cleaning, saving an annual water cost of 1.2 million yuan.
